🌿My Little Growing Babies--The Progress of May 17th-May 26th🌿 | Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents,
I am posting again on this beautiful day.
A rather long and proud post of progression.
Most of my baby sprouts have budded in my garden.

I have planted some herbs and all kinds of wild flowers for no other reason than to help my insect buddies. Some inviting flowers for the Bumblebees & Monarchs, as well as some beautiful fragrant herbs for my craft and cooking. (or course certain herbs help to rid me of certain insects, so I don't have to kill them. I hate killing anything unless I have to but this will help to ward off some predators without causing any harm!) But the herbs I am wanting mostly for cooking, among anything else. Of course, I plan to treat my herbs delicately when I prune off the pieces I need. Giving them the thanks they deserve for allowing me the opportunity to use them.

But before any of that is allowed, I must first bring them into my world.

A lot of people don't know this side of me, mostly because I don't talk about it much but being silent will do nothing for me. It certainly will not help me document my trails and errors...or even my successes. I just love my plants so much and I use to have so much in a garden out in the back of my house, I wish I would have taken more images with them but wishing is for stars...I will just start doing more now. In the here and now. At this very minute.

👺 Re: Monsterz of Mayhem Ceramics | Hannabal Marie 👺

Hello ladies and gents
A while back I did a review/showcase for Monsterz of Mayhem on this blog,
highlighting and detailing some of their products.
That post can be found HERE!

Well, a while back MoM contacted me again asking if I'd like to have some more of their work--Goblets this time. I couldn't contain the happiness, so I agreed.
This is why I am bringing them back in another post.

I could have just received and never said anything
but I couldn't let that slide without mentioning the kindness.
So, I felt compelled to write up a little post highlighting these beautiful goblets,
just like I did for the other ceramics they sent me previously.

If you'd like to read a full length detailed post about what MoM stands for and who they are, I'd highly consider clicking the link above and reading up on the review I created about them already.
This is just to thank them for giving me these goblets in the best way I know how--pictures! :)

Thank you, MoM once again!
You didn't have to but I highly appreciate that you did.
Thank you so much!

Enough with the chit-chat, allow me to show you the products:

👹Monsterz Of Mayhem Ceramics👹 | Hannabal Marie

If you try to define "monster" online, it will state the following:
"an imaginary creature that is typically large, ugly, and frightening"

To some, the idea of a "monster" will cross their mind with what the media has painted them to be--Entities with horrible appearances that both scare and intimate the audience.
But I, for one, have always found monsters as beings worthy of love and appreciation.

At a very young age, while most kids were crying over Frankenstein, being scared about the creature that lurks in the depths of the sea and getting creeped out over the zombies deformities...
there I was, admiring them for their kindness they shown and sheer beauty that is skin deep and unseen by a naked eye.

I loved this image, I don't know why. Something about it really calms me.

As someone who used to grow up identifying herself as a "monster" to the general public when being forced into a corner in grade school because I just so happened to dress differently and act differently...As one who idolized monsters and leveled with them in such a way that sparked a form of unspoken connection between me and the "thing" people feared on TV or read about in magazines...I can truly appreciate what Monsterz of Mayhem is about!
I, as well, have a soft spot for the ideology of what a monster represents to those who just don't understand or rather, fail to understand.

Thrift Store Finds: Ceramics, Tiny Trinkets & Haunted Dolls // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gentlefish
I have another thrift haul for you.
This time it's not Halloween related, just random and full of some awesome finds.

I don't really have a "theme" when I do these haul posts--I just put everything I get for the week/month/ect inside my bedroom and allow that to accumulate throughout a course of time until something in me ignites and forces me to post like I've been doing now. lol

Just to let people into the reasoning behind these constant post updates--I do a lot of my main shopping at thrift stores, antique shops, mom-pop shops, garage sales, yard sales, dumpster dives, ect. lol
Most of what I get, I truly collect...other times it's just a damn good deal I couldn't pass up.
I either keep it for my own sick little obsession, give it away to friends/family/ect or sale it on the side for some extra income that is then used to support my bad habit all over again. lmfao

What I get I usually store inside this HUGE plastic tub and allow it to gather until I get enough stuff to post for the likes of you all.
I will admit, I have a bit of a problem.
I can't stop thriftng, I truly can't. I love it so much.

I have built up a good enough collection of things for you all today--so allow us to get into it:

Royal Bone China Ceramic Cup Set // Hannabal Marie

Hello Ladies and Gents,
Today I am going to reviewing this beautiful Royal Bone China Teacup Set.
Let me first just say that I really love everything about this.
from the paintwork to the way it was shipped.
I am impressed. Blown away and impressed.

It's so delicate and dainty!
The material is Bone China and the pattern I received is a very Victorian-esque floral design.
Reminds me of something The Lady; Marie Antoinette, would sip out of!
