The LAST Halloween Haul Of 2017 // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
I am bringing you the very last Halloween Thrift Haul of 2017--At least, the last in the month of October.
*I will surely continue to make Halloween purchases if I ever find anything afterwards! lol*

But anywho, this shall be the very last in October--until Nov arrives and everything has to turn Turkey-like in appearance. *Cries*

Most of the items I got came from the thrift store, but I did purchase some items straight from eBay--I will start off with the thrift purchases first.

Shall we just skip straight to the showcase?
Yes, please!
First thing I found was this cute Halloween jester--I love these Sugar Loaf dolls. I have a cute bear and another clown girl, so she will be apart of my growing collection!

DIY Halloween Projects I Have Done Throughout This Halloween Month

Hello ladies and gents
Halloween is the year I get the most creative in.
Unlike Thanksgiving or Christmas--Halloween is one holiday I tend to want to do a ton of stuff for me and mine. While the rest of the holidays lean more towards family festivities and silent traditions...Halloween is something I can do for myself and for others out loud and proud!
It's about being scared or making people scared. It's really a lovely time of the year!

I have done a few things this month I would love to show you.
From trinkets for my brother's Halloween Birthday Bash to props for Makeup looks...I think I did well for this Month of October--if I do say so myself!

Allow me to take a moment of your time to show you a bit of my month from the beginning to the end.

I picked up a lot of different crafting items for the sake of creative purposes! These markers were something I wanted to experiment with--I seen a post where someone used these to create water-colors, so I wanted to try. Fail but try. lol

🐈 Black Cat Makeup Look 🐈 by Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
Halloween is just around the corner and I have a few makeup looks I want to get done before the year is officially over.
First on the list of many to be fulfilled is one I have been wanting to do since August--The Black Cat.

I have been on a hugeeee Vintage Halloween craze as of lately, so I took some inspiration there.
Also, I just like the look of the black cat--so, you will probably see a few looks where a black cat is used or put into the look in some way, shape or form.

I hope you enjoy my makeup look,
here we go:
As what the black cat represents, I was inspired by Bad Omens--Bad luck and the sort. So, the collar piece is supposed to be a broken mirror with a smiling moon. Stripes because I love them and of course a vintage-esque feel to tie everything together.
I made the paw out of paper mache, it really made the look 10x better. hehehe
I can't get over how amazing the paw looks. It really looks like a kitty foot. hehe

The ears, my tuffs and my chin tuff is all made from painted paper. The hat is also my own creation--I wanted a hat that was fitting for a black cat~
Just a quick little chest piece--I could have done a more better detailed job but it is what it is. lol
I really love the face job I did, this look was one of those "on the spur of a moment" things.
I did a mini photoshoot in my room with my black backdrop and moon cut-out. It really screams "Halloween", huh? hehee
Happy Halloween Everyone!

 That is all.
One of many Halloween Looks I will do for Halloween.
Thanks for reading
xoxo

So, let's get right into the showcase...shall we?

2017 Halloween Thrift Haul: Candy Corn Clown Costume, Melting Witches & Eyeballs // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
That "Big Day" is almost here--that being Halloween, of course.
I am so shocked at how quick this holiday season (and just fall in general) has been going--I am in panic mode.
I still have to do so much, construct so much and get all my Halloweenish Goodies done.
I haven't even got to carve my pumpkin yet...GAHHHH.

I am freaking out and there is still so much more to be done before we conclude Halloween 2017!

Not that I'm going to stop thrifting for Halloweenish goodies or scary/spooky things any o' time of year--it's just not gonna have that extra spooky spark.
Ya know? I can collect witches or goblins in April or May but it's just not gonna be as magical as doing so in October! hehee

"The Creeps: A Deep Dark Fears Collection" by Fran Krause // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
Another book review for you all.
This one has got to be a favorite among favorites.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I really am intrigued with the human mind.
What people think, what people fear--it's all so interesting to me.

Halloween Thrift Haul: Stuffed Animals, Animatronics, VTG Decor & Puppets! // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents,
I have another HUGE Halloween thrift haul for the likes of you all.
I love this time of year because thrift stores tend to have all kinds of awesome vintage, old and sometimes brand-spanking new Halloween related items in stock.
I found some amazing finds that I would like you all to enjoy with me, so shall we then?

As is custom with most of my thrifting posts, I don't have a theme nor a "starting point".
I see, I grab--if it's in reasonable pricing range. lol
So, let's start with the this:

Halloween Haul: Dog Toys, Costumes, Halloween Soap and Treats! // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
Another post about my favorite time of year!

All of these goodies came from various supermarkets,
dollar stores and/or walmarts around my area.
I also took a quick stop at a few momma/poppa stores,
just for the sake of seeing their halloween goodies.

So, allow us to get into this post:

The first thing I snagged at the supermarket was this pack of sugar skull ring pops.

Book Review: Fliers (20 Small Posters with Big Thoughts) by Nathaniel Russell // Hannabal Marie

 Hello ladies and gents
Another book review.
This time it's for a very odd and rather astounding "book" called
Fliers: 20 Small Posters with Big Thoughts by Nathaniel Russell

This one isn't necessarily a "book" but rather a series of mini posters you can rip out and hang on your bedroom wall.
It is exactly as the name states; Fliers.
The fliers are designed in such a way that gets your head thinking and, at times, allows you to scratch your head in absurdity. hahaa

Hollar Haul: Halloween Stuff, Perverted Alien Doll & Party Supplies // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents
Today I bring you a haul from a random app I found while app searching on my phone.
I stumbled onto this app called Hollar and apparently, it's stuff that is never over 5 dollars.
(Or something like that!)
You can get some amazing stuff for very cheap, so I decided I wanted to give this app a try for the sake of this odd review. hahaa

I went ahead and put in my order for my first box--just to test it out and surprisingly it all shipped to me as claimed.
So, since it was so cheap and so awesome
(and because I found some amazing stuff I wanted to get the first time around)
I went ahead and ordered a second box.
Both boxes shipped very fast, so I am able to review them both for you today.

So, this haul is basically two boxes worth of Hollar stuff.
I will break it down according to what box came first.
So, shall we then?
All my stuff shipped to me in this HUGE hollar box.
