I know I said I was done hauling Halloween wares 

but my heart is forever engulfed in the Ween of Hallow. 

Especially old vintage items that I can't quite pass up.

My dog when we brought in the bundle. lol

Today I have a lovely post full of wondrous little Halloween trinkets and thingies!

In this lot I have a little bit from everywhere--Gemmy (which are my favorites among favorites

when it comes to Halloween trinkets!!), Mr. Christmas (A brand I never heard before until now!) and an inflatable from Chrisha Creations! (Another brand I never knew existed until now!)

Sorry for the absence, I've been extremely busy with life. (Such is life, right? lol)

I have SO MANY posts to blog about but I think I should finish up the Halloween stuff I started with last year. (It's been THAT long, I know! Eek!)

We went into pretty much every store, looking for last minute trinkets. This was Pet Smart. 

This is the LAST of my Halloween hauls of 2019.
Now, I can't say I won't find anything new in the upcoming days with Thrift stores being so random with their contents...but the following items were the last I picked up in the month of October, before Halloween. The themed things during the season, so to speak.

They wanted all their costumes for a pretty damn penny, so we left with a few dog cookies and these photos. lol

 Anyways, I will talk in each photo--

as I am sure you are all aware from my previous posts in the past.

Yes, you read it right--this will be the LAST haul post in the month of October. 

(minus the posts that might happen afterwards...ya know? After Halloween discounts! lmfao)

I went back several trips ago to gather some stuff I needed for Halloween. 

On and off--for a few days--gathering any last bits of things I liked/wanted/etc. 

I'll be honest--I have been postponing from posting because it gives me a great deal of sadness to even attempt to write. Even right now, I'm almost in tears from the thought this will be the last post about hauling in October. Halloween is my pride and joy but when it's gone..it's GONE. It leaves a small empty space in my soul that can only be filled by another year's worth of Halloween spookiness. But that's a whole 'nother year worth of waiting. AHHHHHHHHH

Anyways, enough with the stalling...here it is.

I think this may be the last of the trips to most of these stores--

since I doubt there will be anything "new" added to what I've already seen. 

If anything at all, I might just snag what I see left-over within the weeks or if I ever return to these selected places for necessities. (and end up finding something I don't already own and need! lol)

 But this post is to tie up all the cool things in one bundle. 

We went to Riteaid and returned to Walmart for a few more items we couldn't get last time. 

You already know the drill, allow me to just show and tell~

Another haul for the season--

I ended up getting a few more items to add in my life. 

Honestly, this is the only time of year I like to stock up on some household items--

like makeup, decor pieces, scary things to add into my wardrobe, etc. 

I say it every year but it holds truth--Halloween is everyday for me.

I took some images throughout the day, included some eventual things for future me to remember. 

But most importantly, I included some Halloween aisle fun! lol 

TON of stuff, despite most of everything from the last couple of trips have already been sold.
Mostly the makeup has been reduced to a few grabs, but I ended up nabbing a few trinkets to stash away.

I really want that life-sized skeleton! So so so so badly! 

Nothing upsets me more than missing out on the scary spoopy decorations.
I've missed a lot last year, so this year--I ain't missing a heartbeat~ 

This time, we checked out our local Longs Drug Store 

because we had to pick up a prescription anyways.

I haven't been to my local Dollar Tree in a very long time. 

So, I felt compelled to see what they had to offer for this spooky season.
(If they had anything at all.) 

And I felt like Jack when he stumbled on Christmas Time.

I know a lot of people LOATHE my Halloween walk-throughs and store sneak peeks but I can't help myself. When I see the spooky, I gotta post the spooky.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, 

As an avid collector of the strange and unusual oddity--finding items that both speak to me on a "odd" level, as well as being beautifully designed enough to wear and own is something I have always felt lacked in my world. Usually, I'd take to thrift stores to find strange items or stumble upon a gold mine surfing on eBay--but never, in a million years, have I ever found an artist who works with two things I am quite passionate about--antique doll parts AND vintage items. 

Now, I have seen doll assemblage art done before
but never in such a jaw-dropping way that gives you a bit of pride to own.

First impression upon receiving my package! The green paper tissue gave it such a nice touch! 

Curious Revival combines both vintage and doll into unique, one-of-a-kind wearable jewelry or home decor for the morbid at heart, like myself. 

Quirky in contrast, with names such as "Oh, You Beautiful Doll" with a porcelain doll face smiling up at you from a vintage bracelet or "Be a deer and go fork yourself” with a cute ceramic ballerina bear dancing gracefully on top of an old vintage bottle, holding a silver fork. 

The names that Absinthe Angi (The creator of Curious Revival) comes up with are such punny knee-slappers that just makes owning these items all the more sweeter! 

The logo is truly fitting of someone like me~ 

True to the name, these items are indeed just that--curiouser and curiouser. 

It warms the heart of this vintage loving, antique admiring, oddity collector to extremes.

If you have a soft spot for things such as this or if you need a great conversation starter--
I'd highly advise checking out this shop and placing a purchase.
I have a few items to show you, along with a look I designed to thank the creator for creating such gorgeous items for me.

As soon as I thought they sold out, they have restocked on some of the best selling items.

So, I purchased a few more things to add to my household trinkets. 

But before we went shopping, I had to renew my ID....

so, I spent a good portion of my morning doing what you do best at the DMV--WAITING!!

I have a lovely post full of amazing finds today

from the Thrift Store.

I have been postponing this specific post for a while, 

because I wanted to make sure I got enough items to create a good juicy post with.
And I am readier than ever to post now.

A lot of the things I found today has been collected throughout the month of September.
A few tossed in here and there. 

I have mentioned this in a previous post 

but I wanted to make sure you understood--

everything I find usually takes a lot of time and effort to obtain. 

I just collect and keep collecting until I think it's a good time to post about 'em. 

I never purchase anything I don't personally love, I'm not trying to make a profit--

I am just collecting because I love what I find.

I might, one day, become very serious about this thing 

and do it as a job to make cash but right now, 

I just like to thrift for the sake of thrifting.

I am an avid Thrifter, so I like to pop in sometimes JUST to see what they have on the shelves.
Most of the time, I will come out with one or two items. Sometimes, nothing.
But on the grand good occasion--I will come home with bags upon bags of cheap, amazing finds.

This specific post is made out of a few trips.
All of which were amazing to find in of themselves.
But overall, I am so happy and ready to showcase them to you now.

Last time I went to Walmart, they didn't have anything out just yet.

Only perhaps a few items here and there, but nothing to THIS extreme.

I had to capture the whole thing for the sake of this post.

and also, at the very end, showing what I actually purchased myself.

I just came back from shopping (Yet again! haha) 

and I gathered some stuff to post today. 

As I already made clear and will probably keep repeating in every. single. post--

This is the ONLY time of year I am THIS active. lol

Not even going to hide it. 

I don't care much for any other holiday, 

despite the love I do have for decorating for every occasion...

no other holiday on the face of this earth can or will ever make me go crazy 

quite as well as Halloween does. 

I didn't have a lot of money on hand today, just a few bucks.
But as is the ritual, you must gather what you can when you can gather it. lol

I seen some makeup there that I will surely bulk buy when I get paid but I just wanted to test out the quality of the makeup beforehand.

So, this post is just consisting of trial things. Is it worth it, is it not?
I will let you guys know and if I like what I bought, I'll go ham next pay day! lol

I seen nailpolishes in multiple colors. I'm hoping that the polish isn't sheer because I don't quite like sheer polishes. Unless I plan to put it on top of another bold color.
I hope the eyeshadow palattes are pigmented and that the lippie is matte.
A lot of hoping, so here we go!

If you guys and gals didn't notice, I am OBSESSED with Autumn/Fall.
Halloween being my favorite holiday among soooo many others that follow during this season.
Pretty much October through December are my favorite months, by far. 

A bit into January, as well but those especially. 

 But getting off track, this isn't the reason I am making this post. 

Oh, no, no no...I have a much better reason for my coming here to post:

The 99 cent store FINALLY got their Halloween stuff out and displayed here, where I live.
I don't know where you live, but for us in this small little town, they take forever to put the good stuff up...but IT'S FINALLY HERE, GUYS! Not every single thing but enough to post about...thus, I am posting. hahaa

I'm so excited, if you couldn't tell already. lol
I am so excited that I wanted to document this special moment for you guys and gals...

as well as future me, when I am old and grey and wanting some sweet sweet memories.

My Bday Bash 2018 + Bday Gifts (Goodwill, Junction & Salvation Army Store Haul) // Hannabal Marie

Hello ladies and gents,
Thought I'd share my birthday bash I had this year on August 1st 2018.
Quite honestly, I didn't know if I wanted to post this, so I have been putting it off.
Also, I have been dealing with some stuff on my end that has reduced me to not wanting to do anything but binge watch conspiracy theories and drain coffee by the gallons.

But now, I am doing better and I want to share this with you guys and gals.
Also, these images are clogging up my file folder on my laptop and I need to either post or delete.
I choose to post.
So, don't blame me...
blame my computer and it's lack of space. hahaa

Anywho, you are properly wondering; "why the pics of a young 90s kid in the beginning?"
Well, that is me and I just wanted to prove that I was and still am a kid with a weird love of certain things--like obsessing over Disney and strange alien films. lol

Never changed, never will. hahaa

Anyways, for this year--we decided to just spend time at home with family and pets.
*which pretty much is every year, not gonna lie. haha*

I was also surprised with a $20 dollar bill and the option to pick where I wanted to spend said cash at.
So, I decided to hit every thrift store in town and see what they had to offer.
Not a lot but I did pick up a few things--mostly dolls and trinkets, to add to my growing collection of strange finds. Also, stuff to add to my prop collection for future outfits/makeup looks.
My parents surprised me with a few cute things, as well and I treated myself with more things with my own money, when the bday money ran out. lmfao
